TRAINING

The Rising Girls Showcase provides the highest level team, individual and positional training. Participants will be able to incorporate the learned techniques into their game, significantly and visibly increasing both skill and lacrosse IQ. Small sided game play on DAY ONE will develop team chemistry and encourage fast creative play, a clear advantage to players as they prepare to perform in front of the college recruiters on DAY TWO. Learning from the best teachers in a player:coach ratio that encourages interaction and feedback is one of the most comprehensive and impactful components of RISING Girls.  The college coaches on site are professional, inspired and motivated to teach and get to know RISING athletes.

Education

Participants will leave with a new understanding of:

> The college recruitment process – Participants will learn what it takes to become a collegiate player as it relates to GPA, course load, and SAT/ACT considerations; how to get seen by NCAA coaches, and the recruiting cycle.

> Nutrition, strength and conditioning – Maximize performance with tips from industry experts.

Showcase

Best in class training has athletes perfectly prepared to showcase skill, IQ, athleticism, toughness, and potential; what comes next in the process is showcasing.  RISING athletes will gear up and compete in three games to round out DAY TWO in front of some of the nation’s top college coaches.  College coaches will be coaching the teams and working the game play component, the exposure is real!
